Here's the scoop - we're all about embracing the traits that make Magnolia so special. We are located in Magnolia just 3 miles from town, where shopping, dining, and medical facilities are available. Being just 3 miles from town, we are located off 1774 with quick and easy access to the new Aggie Expressway, 290, I-45, 249, and 99.

Secluded, private, serene, and quiet are a few adjectives that describe our park. We are an adults only and pet friendly (under 20 lbs) RV park. We offer affordable living, large lot spaces, accommodating up to 50’ long RV’s with 20/30/50 amp service, parking space for 2 vehicles, water, sewer, trash, and wifi. A laundry room with shower to be built.

Motor homes, RV’s, and tiny homes are welcome.
